St George's Hospital

TMA Environmental consultants played a crucial role in the conceptual design of a new Renal unit building at St George’s Hospital, Tooting. Situated at the main entrance from Blackshaw Road, the new building presents an opportunity to create a welcoming shared surface plaza, enhancing connectivity and wayfinding for patients and visitors.

Blockmakers Arms

The former Grade II listed mid-nineteenth century pub is situated in the Regent's Canal Conservation Area in Hackney. TMA were commissioned to support the redevelopment of the Grade II listed Blockmakers Arms, a former public house, into a residential property with a new side and rear extension. The development required careful integration of construction activities with the protection and long-term preservation of several trees on site.
