Staff Testimonials

We give all our employees the chance to develop their skills and meet their career aspirations. See what they say about working at TMA.

“Having been at TMA a little over a year now, I can’t overstate the positive impact that this company has had on my development as a professional and as a person.

I came in as a graduate with ‘wet ears’ and within such a short space of time I have been equipped with knowledge and experience of various projects beyond what I could have ever imagined – highlights being the regular undertaking of decay detection using PiCUS and RESI PD.”

Dean Meadows, Arboricultural Consultant

“I have been at TMA for over a year now and no two days have been the same. I have been involved in projects covering a wide range of ecological consultancy including small residential developments to working with councils on land management. Since my first day, TMA have been incredibly proactive and supportive of my personal and professional development. The highlight of which was achieving my Level 2 Bat Survey Licence. The variety of work and constant learning means there is never a dull day.“

Brooke Waites, Senior Ecological Consultant

“Having a resource library such as ours speaks volumes about Tim Moya Associates. It means they have committed time, effort and money – it’s not just about finances, it’s about having a knowledge database that increases our expertise. It says so much about the Practice. Learning is on tap“
